Dr. Tuna KENAR became M.D. in 1999, at Faculty of Medicine, Eskisehir Osmangazi University (Turkey). He worked as a research assistant in the Dept. of Physiology in the same university and performed basic science studies about the pathophysiology of hypertension till 2003. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology in 2008 at the Faculty of Medicine, Afyon Kocatepe University (Turkey). He has worked as an ENT surgeon in Buldan District State Hospital of Denizli, Turkey between 2008 and 2012. He completed his master degree in Audiology (MSc.) in 2014 at the Institute of Health Sciences, Yildirim Beyazit University, Ankara (Turkey). He published more than 20 research papers in international&national peer review journals. He has presented more than 30 oral and poster presentations in many international&national ORL&HNS congresses. He has contributed to many manuscripts as a “reviewer” in international&national peer review journals with his scientific knowledge. He is an editorial board member of “World Journal of Clinical Pediatrics, USA” (since 2012) and “Journal of Otolaryngology and Reconstructive Surgery, USA” (since 2015). He is also honorable member of Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology&Head and Neck Surgery, Turkish Otology-Neurotology Asssociation and Turkish Medical Asssociation. He has worked as an assistant professor at Department of ENT, Faculty of Medicine, Pamukkale University, Denizli, Turkey, between 2012 and 2016. Currently, he is working as an ENT surgeon in private practice (Beymer Medical Center) in Denizli, Turkey. In addition to all ENT diseases and operations, he is particularly interested in otology, inner ear diseases (tinnitus, vertigo etc.) and noise induced hearing loss.
