Born in 1971 UŞAK, Op. Dr. Alper Başakçı completed his primary and secondary education in Uşak.

He completed his high school education at Gaziantep Science High School.

He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1994.

He received his urology education at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine.

After his specialty education, he worked in Bulancak State Hospital and Ordu State Hospital. In this period, he is working on percutaneous kidney stone surgery, flexible ureterorenoscopy, treatment of stone diseases, laparoscopic surgery.

He also has to work on medical and surgery (penile prosthesis) of erection therapy.
