Born in 1959 in Kütahya, Dr. Hasan Çamurlu graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1984.

He completed his psychiatry residency training at Bakırköy Psychiatric and Neurological Diseases Hospital in 1992.

He started his career as a general practitioner in Malatya. He completed his compulsory service after his specialty training at Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital and Erenköy Psychiatric and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital between 1993 and 2010.

As of 2020, he has been serving his patients in the Department of Psychiatry at Private Denizli Cerrahi Hospital.
