Prof. Dr. Mustafa SAÇARCardiovascular Surgery
Born in 1975 in Konya, Prof.Dr. Mustafa Saçar graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. He completed his Cardiovascular Surgery specialization training at Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine between 1999-2004.
After his specialization training, he continued his duty as a specialist physician in Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery in 2004. He was appointed as an assistant professor in 2005.
Between 2005-2006, he did his military service at Gulhane Military Medical Academy (Haydarpasa Training Hospital) Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic.
In December 2006, he started to work again in Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine Cardiovascular Surgery clinic. He got the title of Associate Professor in 2009 and started to work in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Medicine Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic in 2011.
Receiving the title of Professor Doctor in 2014, Prof. Dr. Saçar worked at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University between 2011-2016 and at Balıkesir Private Sevgi Hospital in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery between 2017-2021.
During his work, he performed successful operations in the treatment of coronary bypass, heart valve surgeries, aortic vessel surgeries, artery, vein and lymphatic vessel diseases.
In addition to his numerous articles published in national and international refereed journals, he has written and oral poster information and congress awards. Dr. Sacar served as editor, department editor and referee in national and international scientific medical journals.
He took place as a temporary physician in Switzerland (to gain experience in congenital heart diseases and heart valve repair at Geneva University Hospital Cardiovascular Surgery clinic). He is also a member of various medical annexes such as Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, National Vascular Surgery Association, Phlebology Association.
Fluent in English, Prof. Dr.Saçar As of August 2021, has been serving its patients in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Private Denizli Cerrahi Hospital.
